Job Mission
As an Improvement & Operations Coordinator, you will support the Production Manager in driving improvement initiatives, optimizing production processes, and managing minor operational and facility-related tasks. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in process efficiency, facility coordination, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Process Improvement
Support planning and execution of workflow optimizations and production layout improvements to enhance efficiency.
Assist in collecting and analyzing production data to identify and track improvement areas.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
Help identify and resolve bottlenecks in production processes.
Ensure workspace organization and contribute to maintaining an optimized production environment.

Operations & Facility Coordination
Assist in coordinating minor maintenance and facility-related projects with contractors.
Support workspace layout planning and infrastructure adjustments to meet production needs.
Help track and follow up on facility maintenance schedules and minor workplace improvements.
Manage inventory of key supplies and coordinate procurement of consumables needed for production.

Administrative & Ordering Support
Assist in handling small-scale purchasing of consumables and supplies to ensure production continuity.
Maintain documentation related to facility management and workplace safety initiatives.
Help coordinate communication between production, facility management, and external service providers.
Support internal systems for tracking maintenance issues, supply orders, and process updates.

Preferred Competencies
Proactive and eager to learn about production workflows and operational improvements.
Organized and detail-oriented, with strong administrative and coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take a hands-on approach to tasks.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across different teams.
Basic skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP tools.

Experience and Education
Relevant education in engineering, production management, industrial management, or related fields.
Prior experience in production, operations, or facility coordination is beneficial but not required.

Job Mission
In the role, you will be an important part of the Lifting Automation Division Finance team improving and working with accounts Payables and accounts Receivable processes in TAWI AB as well as working with cost control and sales statistics together with the Lifting Automation Divisional Business Controller.


Job Responsibilities
Responsible and execution of accounts payables accounting including contuous process improvement for TAWI AB
Responsible and execution of cash collecting and accounts receivables accounting including continuous process improvement for TAWI AB
Working with high level and detailed sales statistics for the Lifting Automation Division
Cost control for TAWI AB cost centers
Together with Divisional Business Controllers and other stakeholders performing and improving Internal Control in TAWI AB
Margin analysis for customers in TAWI AB
Ad-hoc Finance related tasks within the Division/TAWI AB



Key Interfaces
The role will interact mainly with the direct Manager, Divisional Business Controller and the other internal colleagues at PIAB Finance, local Sales entities and departments in the Kungsbacka factory. External interfaces are customers and suppliers.
Required Qualifications
Education with a relevant finance degree
2-3 years either Accounting or Controlling experience
Swedish and English fluent in both speech and writing
Soft competences, for example:
Excellent knowledge in Excel and other Office applications
Analytical skills with numerical data with a problem-solving attitude
Strong communication skills t be able to collaborate with all stakeholders

Job Mission:
The Quality Manager enhances product quality and operational efficiency by managing customer claims, standardizing production procedures, and analyzing performance data. This role requires collaboration with various teams to address quality issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Claims Management: Assist in tracking and resolving customer claims and quality issues, ensuring they are addressed promptly
