You will be part of the quality team in Kungsbacka which manages all aspects of quality, both reactive and proactive. Together, we drive continuous improvements with the ambition to increase quality and improving customer experience. Since most of our production is outsourced you can expect some travelling to our supplier’s manufacturing sites with focus on Europe and China. Your responsibilities
Lead industrialization of new products at our external manufacturing partners globally.
Review and approve production processes and products before start of production.
Act as task leader for smaller product updates, coordinate other functions like R&D and sourcing.
Support and challenge the rest of the organization in different improvement initiatives.
Gain valuable insights, grow as a professional and be able to create a large internal network.

Your background
An engineering degree with some work experience in industrialization including practical knowledge in Lean 6 Sigma and common quality tools.
Strong internal drive and the ability to independently act as an ABB representative at our suppliers.
Work experience within design, production or testing of electronics, is a plus.
You have strategic and analytical mindset.
